Terms of Sale
Online ordering
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any
time for any reason.
Delivery area and requirements
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Online ordering is available on orders shipped within the
United States of Americaonly.
Force Majeure
RecordiaPro shall not be liable for Service interruptions,
delays, failures to perform, damages, losses or destruction,
or the malfunction of any service or any consequence thereof
caused or occasioned by, or due to fire, flood, water, the
elements, acts of God, war and threat of imminent war, labor
disputes or shortages, utility curtailments, power failures,
explosions, civil disturbances, governmental actions, shortages
of equipment or supplies, unavailability of transportation,
acts or omissions of third parties, or any other cause beyond
the affected party’s reasonable control. RecordiaPro
shall exercise good faith efforts to remedy any such cause
of delay or cause preventing performance.
Payment
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
Your billing address is required to place an order. It will
be checked with the issuing bank. Orders cancelled for any
reason will be subject to a 15% fee. Automated Online Credit
Card Processing may DECLINE your order for the following reasons:
- Funds are not available at the time the transaction is attempted.
- The Account Number is incorrect.
- The Expiration Date is incorrect.
- The Card Code Verification (CCV) Number does not match the code on the credit card.
- The Address Verification System (AVS) cannot match the billing address and zip code as listed with your Credit Provider.
- The Credit Provider does not participate in electronic CCV or AVS.
- The Credit Card has been issued outside the United States from a non-US Financial Institution.
Other Forms of Payment
Personal Check, Company Check, Money Order, Cashiers Checks
- Orders paid by a Personal Check will be shipped only to the preprinted address on the front of the check presented.
- Orders placed with a Company Check will be shipped only to the preprinted address on the company check presented.
- Orders placed with a Money Order and Cashier's Check will be shipped to the address provided on the (ship to) section of the order form.
- All checks require 15 working days to clear and no product will be shipped until funds are secured.
- Returned checks are subject to a NSF fee of $25.00 or 5%, whichever is greater.
- The Buyer assumes any and all expenses legal and/or otherwise associated in recovery of funds (i.e., NSF, Account Closed, or Payment Stopped) in the above payment methods.
Return Policy
All products are special order by the person ordering and
are NOT subject to cancellations. We may, at our discretion,
agree to allow an order to be cancelled for a fee of 25% provided
the product has not been delivered
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No funds will be returned.
Warranty (Limited)
Limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser only
and is NOT transferable.
Legal Status of Products
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain and comply
with all applicable Local, State, and Federal laws in regard
to the possession and use of any items purchased. Please consult
with an attorney regarding such laws before placing an order.
By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he or she is
of legal age and agrees to usethe product only in a lawful
manner.
Under NO circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence,
shall RecordiaPro, its affiliates, subsidiaries or partners
be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or
consequential damages, arising out of use, misuse, or inability
to use, services purchased from this site.
Miscellaneous
If for any reason a product should be out of stock a refund
will be issued if funds have been captured.
Some Gold and Silver accounts have a 35 minute usage minimum
per month starting in the second month after purchase. If
Customer does not meet this minimum usage, then minutes will
be deducted to reach the minimum
Prices are subject to change. RecordiaPro may expire select
accounts if minutes are not used within a 4 month period.
We assume no liability associated with product usage.
The buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage,
or expenses of any kind, arising from the use or misuse of
these products.
By placing an order, the buyer signifies agreement to these
Terms of Sale.

NOTE: RecordiaPro
product or service may not be used to violate the privacy rights
of others, or to access or intercept electronic communications in
violation of wiretap statutes. Phone tapping and eavesdropping is
illegal in certain states. In no way will RecordiaPro or its subsidiaries
or partners be held responsible for inappropriate use of this product.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser or user to ensure that
conversations are only recorded in accordance with the law of the
jurisdiction where the product is utilized.
IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO CONSULT LEGAL COUNSEL
FOR THE INTERPRETATION OF ANY LAWS APPLICABLE TO THE AREA OF INTENDED
USE OF THIS PRODUCT. |
