What is RecordiaPro?
RecordiaPro is the leader in low cost, pre-paid Call Recording technology allowing consumers, business and law enforcement to record phone conversations on any phone, anywhere in North America without the need for extra hardware or software.

How does it work?
RecordiaPro's easy, intuitive , phone setup wizard (located in your Account Manager) allows you to setup your phones so that calls are rerouted through a telecommunications-recording switch. When the system is active, each call is channeled through a recording switch before it is picked up by the receiving party. RecordiaPro does not require extra hardware or software, nor does it replace existing phone service.
Quality digital recordings are achieved by simply forwarding your incoming and/or outgoing calls through our enhanced secure telecom switch. For example, to record an important telephone conversation that you are having with a client, you can simply dial the number we provide for you, and then enter the number you wish to record. From that point on, your conversation will be recorded and stored on our secure password protected system for you to play back when you need them. Once the call is connected through our switch, our advanced digital processors will record every word on both sides of the conversation.

Is there any notification that a call is being recorded?
No notification is given to the caller or receiving party that the call is being recorded. For information on US laws pertaining to call recording disclosures, please click here: http://www.rcfp.org/taping/ . When an outgoing call is placed, your regular phone number is displayed on the receiving party's Caller ID.

When can I start call recording?
Immediately upon purchase, RecordiaPro will send you an E-mail with your PIN, user name and password for both outgoing calls and DictationPro enabling you to start recording immediately. Log in to the Account Manager with your user name and password to set up call recording for incoming calls.

When will the recordings be available?
Immediately, upon both parties hanging up from the call, the Call recording file will be available in MP3 format inside your personal RecordiaPro Account Manager for playback and download. Record cell phone calls in just seconds!

What is the RecordiaPro return policy?

Are there any monthly fees associated with my account?
There are no monthly fees. All recording minutes are completely pre-paid and can be carried over month to month with no additional fees!

How long will the call recording files remain in storage on my account?
As long as your account is active and is in good standing, your call recording .mp3 files will be stored and accessible in your Account Manager.

How do I add more minutes or upgrade to a different plan?
Customers can choose to select auto-refill? upon purchase which will add the same amount of minutes that was originally chosen when your minutes run out. Customers can also manually add minutes or upgrade to a different plan using the Recharge/Upgrade tab inside their personal RecordiaPro Account Manager.

Do I need any special equipment or programs to listen to my recordings online?
No, RecordiaPro's built in media player allows you listen to your recordings without having to download or launch an external application - just click the Play button.

Do I always have to enter my PIN to record outgoing calls?
No, you can register up to 5 originating numbers that will be recognized which will allow you to record phone calls without entering your account number.
