Q: Where is the Call Recorder Card service available?
A We currently have our system installed in the US and in Canada for domestic calls
in both countries. International calls to and from the US and Canada can also be recorded
using the Card.

Q: Does the recording services add any added noise or distraction to the phone
conversations?
A No, all recordings are made by a state of the art digital recording switch that adds
no peripheral noise to the call.

Q: How can I access the recordings?
A All recordings can be listened
to directly and securely from our system, either by dialing in
or through Internet access. Additionally, the recordings can be sent to you by email, and
stored as media files on your computer.

Q: How do the 250/500 minutes on the Card get used up?
A The minutes on the Card are used up with each conversation that is recorded by the system.
Recordings under 2
minutes are stored without charge. Larger recordings pay
a one time storage charge of .47 per recording, no
matter how long the recording is. The card
balance is also accessible at any time from the secure members area of our website and users are notified of a low balance on their account, at which point the card can be recharged if necessary.

Q: Are calls recorded automatically?

Incoming calls can be recorded automatically. Outgoing
calls are recorded by dialing a toll-free number,
entering your account number and then dialing the number
you want to record.

Q: Do I always have to
enter my account number to record outgoing calls?

No. After your account is active you can set it up so
our system will recognize the number you are calling
from and you will not have to enter your account number.

Q: How are incoming calls recorded?

A
We will assign your account a dedicated phone number in
our recording system. You then have two choices. You can
use that as your new phone number, calls will ring on a
number you designate and then be recorded. Or, if you
want to record an existing number, then you will forward
the number you want recorded to our recording equipment.
The call will pass through the system and “ring” on
another phone.

Q: Does
that mean that I need 2 phone numbers in order to record
incoming calls?

Only if you want to record an existing phone number.
You need 2 phone numbers, but depending on whom your
carries is you may not need 2 actual phones. (If your
phone has a SIM card then you only need to get another
SIM card. If your handset has 2 lines then it can be
used as is). This is set up after your account is
active.

Q: Do I
have to record all incoming calls?

No. Incoming calls are only recorded if you forward them
to our recording equipment. If you stop forwarding the
calls then they will not be recorded.

record incoming calls does that mean that the second
phone will “ring” instead of the phone I want to record?

Yes. However, if you want the original handset to “ring”
this can be done after the account is set up. In any
case, you still must have 2 phone numbers for incoming
recording to work.

need any special equipment or programs to listen to my
recordings on my computer?

A No. For your convenience we have a free
downloadable Player for the recordings, which is
especially useful when listening to long recordings.
